Frequently Asked Questions

Meet Your Facilitators

Noah Eastman, LMFT

Noah is a licensed psychotherapist with six years of experience across settings ranging from elementary schools and homeless shelters to the carceral system, along with facilitating men's groups, archetypal improv, and storytelling gatherings. What brought him to this work was a quiet, persistent sense that he wasn't enough as he was. Sitting in circles with other men taught him he didn't need to fight his shadows and win — he just needed a space to let go of who he thought he had to be.

Jake Sims, LMFT

Jake is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with years of experience in social services, facilitating groups for therapists, and sitting in men's groups himself. He works from a psychodynamic frame woven with contemplative traditions, attending to what lives beneath the surface of men's lives. For him, men's work is about showing up to the parts of ourselves that carry shame and discovering what happens in a community that can hold them.
